I think that change happens whether we are ready for it or not. Change can be difficult and stressful leading to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self doubt, conflict in families, and feeling alone or isolated. But change can also be an exciting time to grow and adapt. I am here to help you figure out how to deal with changes in order to become your best self.
I work with individuals, couples and families. I truly enjoy working with parents and their children to support strong relationships throughout the lifespan. I love assisting couples with growing and strengthening their relationship. I will work with you to understand and work with, instead of against, your complex emotions.
Clients will experience a safe and compassionate space in which they may explore solutions to obstacles along their journey. Clients will be supported as they develop goals that lead to creating a whole and healthy life.
